Not bad. But there's no way all those Vertigo characters out rank Wonder Woman. That's just plain silly.

Captain Haddock only 49th? That makes me wish I had some of the good captain's vocabulary. And where is Scrooge McDuck? Sheesh.

Hey Johnny Alpha, Judge Dredd, Cerebus, and its nice to Jesse Cutler being so high up.

Finally a list that is not some group of fan boys who've only read Marvel or DC

Bone? Jonah Hex? Betty? Veronica?

Good call, Jerry. Archie Andrews ought to have a place on the list. How many other characters have a decades-old company named after them?

Too bad the creator of this list doesn't know that from 1938 until now is 70 years and not eighty.

No Archie, Lulu, Richie Rich, Jughead, Blondie, Dagwood, Nancy and Sluggo, Uncle McScrooge. Someone's reading the wrong comic books.

I'd put Spiderman first or second. And The Joker was NOT based on The Man Who Laughs. According to his creator, he was based on the joker in a deck of cards.
And where hte heck are Torchy and Millie the Model?
