I like how it says she should be smarter than the male counterpart. Maybe that's so she can tell her husband how wrong he is and have the proof to back it up. :)
My wife does that all the time, and she's not five years younger than I am. But don't tell her I mentioned that.
My wife is a hell of a lot smarter than me and in my mind's eye, she's still a teenager.

Doesn't say anything about age, though.

Hmm...my spousal near-equivalents have all been at least four years younger than I and all are doing less trivial work than I am...how did I blow it?
Pfui! I'll take one 30 years younger and dumb as a rock.
Back in College I used to tell all my friends that I wanted to marry a woman a little smartter than I. They opined that I was setting my sights awfully low.
