Yes, a proud member of both Columbia and later the BMG music clubs. I stocked quite a library of vinyl, 8-tracks, cassette tapes, and CDs with those monthly mailings. Alas, all but the CDs are now nothing but memories.
I got the 12 for 99 cents deal when I was 16. Then the junk started arriving as well as the dunning letters. I wrote back that I was too young to be bound to a contract and that ended that.
