#7: Ian Dury - one of the most unlikely pop stars ever. Not only pushing 40 but also a child victim of polio with body to match, he was absolutely massive in Europe ca 1977-1981. And he looked a whole lot like he'd stepped out of a Dickens novel. That was of course intentional and something he cultivated, but damn was he good at it.
