I was reading the blurb aloud to Alice with sufficient lubriciousness, "Her voluptuous body was an invitation to one thing alone." "Awww," said Alice, as one might to a sudden backflip from a kitten. (My favorite lesbian also probably would be a tough fit into the class of all women who hate the woman who "steals" their man, but perhaps the minx steals women's wives, too. Leading to the argument, which wife of the pair is to be stolen...both, of course.)(And now we're back with Midwood.)

Spoiler: Willard and Amelia are the hot item of the novel.

I haven't read this one, but what with its being a Gold Medal and by Cassill to boot, it might be interesting.
