The principal at the school where I work strongly discourages the staff from having Facebook pages or, at least, using those pages to vent about bad days. It's amazing how many teachers see nothing untoward about posting pictures of themselves several sheets to the wind after an all-night bar crawl or writing about their worst students (using the students's actual first and last names).
/For these and so many other reasons, I do not have a Facebook page (although I never go on all-night bar-crawls!).
